2. Formation of Contract
By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase.
The contract is considered concluded when:
- we confirm the order, or
- the product is dispatched
We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of error or lack of stock.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Shopify Payments (if available)
Payment is made at the time of the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to EU countries and internationally (including the United Kingdom where applicable).
Estimated delivery times:
- Mainland EU: 3–7 business days
- EU islands and United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The period begins upon receipt of the product.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Return costs may be borne by the customer
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
6. Returns and Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- the product has been used or damaged
- it is not returned in its original condition
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for indirect damages.
8. Retention of Title
The products remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
9. International Orders (EU and United Kingdom)
For orders outside the EU:
- Customs duties may apply
- These costs are borne by the customer
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
Portuguese law applies.
